"They started ripping quickly"
I really thought these boxes would hold up better, but a few of them ripped way sooner than I expected. I kept thinking, okay, maybe I just overpacked that one, but then it happened again with another box. Kind of disappointing when you’re counting on them to get the job done...

"Okay, but not worth what I paid"
I was expecting a little more for the price. The website worked fine and my order went through without any issues, but it just didn’t feel like a great value. The prices seemed high compared to other places I’ve used, and for what I got, it just felt like... I don’t know, I expected better. It wasn’t a bad experience, but I probably wouldn’t order from 40 Boxes again unless the prices came down

"Solid boxes, just a little scuffed"
I ordered from 40 Boxes a while back, maybe late last month or early this month, I can’t remember exactly. Overall, the boxes were good quality. They felt sturdy and didn’t really bend or cave in, even when I packed some heavier things in them. A couple of them had small marks here and there, but it wasn’t a big deal for what I needed. They worked well for shipping. I’m taking off one star only because I thought they’d look a little cleaner when they arrived.

I was able to find pretty much everything I came in for, so that was a relief. One box size wasn’t there, but I just went with the closest option and called it good. Didn’t have to overthink it, and I wasn’t stuck waiting around, so overall it was a easy trip.

"Shipping Cost Felt Way Too High"
I was ready to place my order, had my coffee sitting next to me and everything, but the shipping cost made no sense. It ended up being way higher than I expected, especially for what I was buying. I’ve paid less to ship larger stuff before, so this really threw me off

I wasn’t happy with it. The site was confusing to use, and I felt like I had to put in way too much effort just to figure out what to do. I didn’t really get the help I was expecting either, and everything took longer than it should have. By the end, I was just annoyed and wouldn’t bother using it again.
